L3HARRIS BRIGHTON ASSISTS SAUDI WAR CRIMES
L3Harris Brighton (formerly EDO MBM) components (including the Field Replaceable Connector System, a reusable bomb release cable and big money maker for L3Harris Brighton) are produced for Tornado and Typhoon warplanes supplied by the UK to Saudi Arabia. These are currently assisting war crimes carried out by Saudi Arabia in its war against Yemen which has caused over 60,000 civilian deaths and a widespread famine harming millions. A new batch of UK supplied Typhoon warplanes is currently in production for Saudi Arabia which will contain as standard L3Harris weapons systems components made in Brighton.
In July 2019 clear, incontrovertible evidence ofL3Harris Brighton’s complicity in violations of International Humanitarian Law in Yemen surfaced. A UN Security Council mandated panel of experts investigating two separate airstrikes, on the same civilian factory complex in Sana’a Yemen, on September 13th and 22nd 2016, has concluded Saudi coalition warplanes dropped UK supplied Paveway IV guided bombs, with guidance system parts made by arms firm L3Harris Release and Integration Solutions Ltd, Brighton, and that these attacks were certainly ‘Violations of International Humanitarian Law’.
Images of bomb remnants found in the rubble of the destroyed factories and verified by UN investigators, are published in the report on page 267 and page 272.
One image clearly shows a fragment bearing the name of the Brighton company, and its unique CAGE code: U1816, which locates its origin of manufacture as the Brighton factory.

L3HARRIS BRIGHTON OWN THE UNIQUE CONVENTIONAL AND NUCLEAR WEAPONS BOMB RACK USED ON THE ISRAELI F-16
L3Harris Brighton owns the VER-2 (Vertical Ejection Rack), the main bomb rack used on the Israeli F-16. This has been used for decades to bomb Palestinian civilians in Gaza and the West Bank causing thousands of deaths and injuries. It is reported by the Federation of American Scientists (FAS) that Israel’s F-16 fleet isthe most likely aircraft delivery system for its nuclear weapons arsenal.
L3HARRIS BRIGHTON BOMB RELEASE CABLES ARE FITTED AS STANDARD ON ISRAELI F-35s
L3Harris Brighton bomb release components are installed as standard on new F-35 jets currently deployed or being produced and delivered to Israel. These are exported to Israel without any apparent UK arms export licence. They are also certified to carry Israel’s nuclear weapons.
L3HARRIS BRIGHTON HAVE BEEN MAKING NUCLEAR WEAPONS LAUNCH COMPONENTS SINCE 1960s
L3Harris Brighton have supplied Trident missile nuclear weapons release cables to the US and UK since the 1960s according to archives. EDO’s subsidiary in the US was reported to supply US nuclear systems as recently as 2008. Documents leaked from EDO MBM in 2007 confirmed EDO MBM is a supplier to the UK Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE) in Aldermaston.
L3HARRIS BRIGHTON ARE CLOSELY LINKED TO UK/US CIA EXTRA-JUDICIAL ASSASSINATIONS
L3Harris Brighton developed and patented pneumatic bomb rack piston technology used on the MQ-9 Reaper drone. These remote controlled aircraft are used by the CIA, US Special Forces and the UK to carry out targeted killings that according to legal experts is contrary to international law. The UK Government refuses to make public its drone strike targeting policy ‘JSP 900’ that experts suspect breaches international law.
L3HARRIS BRIGHTON DO SECRET RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ON THE NEXT GENERATION OF MICRO WEAPONS SYSTEMS
L3Harris Brighton helped develop the Small Diameter Bomb and are leaders in research and development of miniature and micro weapons release systems. These utilise new more powerful explosives that multiply ten-fold the destructive force of each weapon increasing the destructive force of each air strike.
L3HARRIS BRIGHTON ASSIST THE USE OF BANNED CLUSTER BOMBS
L3Harris Brighton bomb release components are knowingly supplied to US, Saudi and Israeli air forces and certified for use with cluster bombs contrary to the UK Cluster Munitions (Prohibitions) Act 2010.
L3HARRIS BRIGHTON LIE ABOUT WHAT THEY MANUFACTURE
When questioned under oath or by the press, directors of the company have claimed L3Harris Brighton makes ‘safety technology’ but this is only true in so far as its weapons systems are designed to keep military aircraft safe when they launch weapons. Between 2004 and 2010 EDO MBM directors edited their website to cover-up sensitive details, and repeatedly lied in court testimonies about supplies of arming units to Israel F-16 warplanes.
L3HARRIS BRIGHTON HAVE BEEN PROVEN TO BE LIARS IN COURT
A group of activists who decommissioned EDO’s computers and machine tools in an accountable direct action during 2008-2009 Israeli attack on Gaza (Operation Cast Lead) were arrested, prosecuted and finally acquitted in 2010 by a Hove crown court jury who found that their actions was lawful on all the evidence despite the denials under oath of the Managing Director, Paul Hills, that EDO had ever supplied Israel.
